Okay, queen, we know you’re obsessed with RuPaul’s Drag Race. The show is currently in its 11th season and fans have been tuning in every week while freaking out on social media. I’m only on the seventh season, I need to catch up.
Before binge-watching, I was sort of updated with some of the more popular drag queens via YouTube. After joining Drag Race, they started doing videos and even collaborating with well-known personalities on the platform.

Miss Fame
Miss Fame was known as “the fashion girl” in S7. Although it was sometimes used in the negative sense, she really did look chic and her makeup was fierce. It also paid off years later as she was signed with IMG Models, started a makeup channel and toured the world to do classes, and started her own cruelty-free cosmetics line.
If you’re as obsessed with looks as I am, she posts videos where she does her own makeup or another drag queen’s like Alaska and Phi Phi O’Hara.
Laganja Estranja
Laganja was quite the character in S6. The moment she entered the workroom, she immediately did a death drop. She’s also responsible for a lot of the memorable phrases in the show (aside from Ru’s snappy lines, of course).
Her energy was so high in Drag Race and she translated that in her vlogs, music videos, and tutorials. Try watching some of Laganja’s stuff, she’s sooo funny!
Manila Luzon
Manila Luzon is probably the most popular Fil-Am contestant in Drag Race because of her humor and style. (She’s not the first though—remember Ongina from S1?) Aside from being so close to winning the S3 crown, she also joined RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars twice.

Adore Delano
Before joining Drag Race S6, Adore was in American Idol—you could hear her vocal chops in some of the challenges. Aside from that, she became a likeable and commendable contestant despite not having experience in sewing. She did reach the finals, after all.
Right now, Adore is continuing her music career. You can check out her music videos (and really old vlogs as her non-drag self, Danny Noriega) on her channel.
Willam
I am not gonna lie, I was so annoyed at Willam during S4. She was known for always saying she worked on TV, and was a self-proclaimed narcissist who always brought down the queens. But okay, sometimes she was funny.
Anyway, Willam set up her own YouTube channel, which Bustle calls “more of a comedy series than anything.” What’s different with her content is it isn’t limited to makeup tutorials or music videos. She also does challenges, mukbangs, and haul videos.
Alaska
What I loved about Alaska is she stood her own in S5 and didn’t let her then-relationship with Sharon Needles (S4 winner) define her. Her style could go from glam to over-the-top. But the most memorable thing about her is how she says “Hi-eeeee!”
