The official Game of Thrones S8 teaser trailer is finally here. No more split-second snippets, this is the real deal.
You’ll see the Stark children—Jon Snow, Arya Stark, and Sansa Stark—reuniting in their family crypt at Winterfell. The voices of their dead family members talk, including Jon’s mother, Lyanna Stark, while they past their funeral statues. By the end of it, the three of them face their own graves as the White Walkers close in and the Starks draw their swords.
Based on this, we can only assume that the Starks are really gearing up for a war against the mystical White Walkers. If the theory that a huge battle scene is about to happen is true, then this will be one where several characters might die.
The eighth and final season will premiere on April 14. Meaning we only have to wait three months to know the fates of our beloved and hated characters in GOT. And I personally don’t know if I’m hyped or ready to cry. How about you?
