Just a week before the intended date of release, the manuscript of the new Fifty Shades of Grey book has been stolen.

Wait, stolen? Right. The book’s publishers, Random House, reported to Kent Police in London, upon discovering that a copy has gone missing. It is feared that the novel would leak online or be sold for profit.

New, you say? Yes. This time, the story is a retelling of the first installment of the trilogy via Christian Grey.

The Fifty Shades trilogy by E.L. James has sold over 125 million copies worldwide. Its film adaptation has raked in almost $600 million dollars in gross sales.

June 18th is the official release of the said book—and also Christian Grey’s birthday. We just want to know his side of the story already! [BBC]
