This beauty ingredient will give you glowing skin like Meghan Markle

Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle has already established her role as a fashion icon in the Royal Family. Next to the Queen, of course, who’s always on top. (Have you seen her highlighter green co-ords?) But there’s one more thing you need to pay attention to when it comes to Meghan and that’s her secret to glowing skin.

Allure recently dug up a 2016 article from Delish where Meghan shared her go-to meals and food items. When it came to what she likes to eat to maintain her camera-ready skin, almonds were one of her answers. According to NDTV, almonds provide vitamin E and keeps blood vessels dilated which help hydrate the skin and prevent acne, eczema, and dark spots.

Now, we’re tempted to run out and buy a whole bag of almonds to munch on. Of course, another option is to grab beauty products made with almonds and work just as well. So if you want to achieve that royal glow, you better get to shopping.

L’Occitane Almond Supple Skin Oil

Made from almond and camelina oils, which are both rich in Omegas 3 and 6, this product is said to provide suppleness and comfort to the skin. It also leaves your skin feeling soft and firmer after continued use. Just spray this on your body and face, and soak in the good stuff. Available at Greenbelt 5.

Mario Badescu Almond Honey Face Scrub

Buff out dead skin cells and flaky skin with finely ground almonds and cornmeal found in this Mario Badescu scrub. Exfoliating is great for revealing glowy skin and the added honey extract will make it hydrated. Available at Rustan’s The Beauty Source.
