Rihanna isn’t playing around. Just last month, there were reports stating that she would be launching a lingerie line. A few days ago Instagram posts started going up on Savage x Fenty, teasing the said collection. But today, Riri gave us a little bit more information. On Instagram, she posted a photo with the caption, “Bet ya didn’t know it’s [national lingerie day]. Got a [little] treat for my ladies… [Savage x Fenty] is coming to you worldwide on May 11th!! Exclusively on SAVAGEX.com!!”
In the photo, we get a sneak peek of one of the pieces. According to Teen Vogue, the line will carry up to cup size 44DD. Most brands stop at size 38, making Savage x Fenty more size-inclusive. On April 30, Riri shared more updates on the line starting with a video and caption that read, “Savages come in all shapes and sizes.”
She also shared a photo of plus size model Lulu Bonfils rocking a pastel pink lingerie set.
A link is also included the Instagram account’s bio which redirects you to a countdown. So, now that we’re updated, we just have to sit and wait to see the full collection.
