How has your Women’s Month been so far? Have you ticked off any of the items on this checklist yet? If not, don’t worry because you still have some time and you can start with a special event happening next week.

Every month, 20:20 and XX XX hold an event called Circus. They set up three stages and book performers from DJs to live bands. It’s always sure to be a big, fun party. This month, however, they wanted to make Circus special by having an all-ladies lineup. Yes, you will be able to catch DJs like Badkiss, live art by Tyanganize, and a performance by Burlesque PH.

An event like this is important because it gives women a platform to share their talents with everyone. It puts them at the forefront with the message, “Yes, ladies can do it too.” A night filled with music and art sounds like a great way to celebrate women everywhere. Personally, this special edition of Circus is significant for me because I am lucky enough to be part of this lineup. Aside from playing my set, I’m looking forward to watch the other ladies I admire. I’m also excited to see my friends tear up the dance floor, which everyone should. I started DJing about three years ago and apart from my day job, this makes me feel fulfilled. It’s something I really enjoy and to be able to share this experience with other women, is something I can’t wait for.

So, mark your calendars for March 17 and invite all your friends to this event. For more details and updates, check out the event page here. See you all on the dance floor!
