Prince William and Prince Harry Attend the European ‘Star Wars’ Premiere

The force is strong on this day as Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres all over the world, except for a few who threw advanced screenings the day before like The Duke of Cambridge Prince William and Prince Harry aka the two Royals who played Stormtroopers. (Another thing to look forward to!)

The premiere held at the Royal Albert Hall was hosted for the aid of The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. The cast of the film like Daisy Ridley who plays Rey, Mark Hamill aka Luke Skywalker, Adam Driver who we all know is Kylo Ren, and more were all present during the premiere and even chatted with both royals. Even BB-8 got excited to see the two again!

Kensington Royal shared on their Instagram that The Foundation invited more than 400 young people, military veterans, and of course the volunteers. They also invited some of the families who were affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy.

As we have seen on social media, the red carpet was all decked out in Star Wars and there were even Stormtroopers deployed to keep things secure. We can just imagine the excitement that all the guests felt as they were treated to the advanced screenings. So far we haven’t seen spoiler posts on our feed (thanks, you guys!) so we’re still calm.

May the force be with you as we count the hours until we watch the film!
