The Dress Detail that Made Julia Barretto and Erich Gonzales Stand Out at Star Magic Ball 2017

When you’re given a venue like the Star Magic Ball red carpet, you have a choice to either go glam or go…even more glam. Many celebrities last night achieved that by going in shimmery ensembles. Think: crystals, pearls, glitter, and metallic fabrics.

We know you’re still talking about your favorite OOTDs so we rounded up the glitziest ones we spotted. You decide who shone the brightest that night.

Arci Muñoz

Arci wore a sheer dress with pearls peppered on the torso and train. She also paired this with a fur cover-up. This reminds us a little of Rihanna’s naked dress during the MET Gala 2014.

Coleen Garcia

Black fabric and silver glitter is always a great combo for eveningwear. Coleen showed up in a strapless Popo Go gown which she paired with a silver clutch and diamond earrings.

Kathryn Bernardo

Kathryn looked ethereal in a silver Patricia Santos gown. The dress is embellished with Swarovski crystals and has a backless design.

Sarah Lahbati

For her first time on Star Magic Ball red carpet, Sarah wore a black Mark Bumgarner jumpsuit with a long train. You can also see flecks of glitter shimmering from the outfit.

Liza Soberano

Liza sported a black Dior bustier dress with colorful floral and bird embroideries. The glitter comes from the small silver flowers stitched on the dress’ chest area.

Feathers and shimmery beads made Erich’s beige Jun Escario gown shine on the red carpet. She paired it with a clutch of the same color and dangling diamond earrings.
