The Oscars might be done but we’re not over it just yet. Aside from the winners and speeches, we’re also breaking down some of our favorite fashion moments on the red carpet. From bright-colored gowns to sparkly details, we want to give our own awards to the ladies listed below.
What’s the best way to celebrate the Oscars? Wearing a dress similar the golden award. Lupita Nyong’o did just that dressed in a custom Atelier Versace. It also had a thigh-high slit and a black sash-like detail.
Flapper-inspired gowns were seen on the red carpet as well. Gal Gadot wore a sparkly Givenchy gown, look at the movement in the photo. It also had a plunging neckline which was accentuated by a Tiffany & Co. necklace.
Margot Robbie dressed appropriately for Tinseltown in this white dress. She wore a Chanel Haute Couture gown that had a train and tinsel-like fabric draped on her her shoulders.
Baby Driver star Eiza González chose for a bold color on the red carpet. She wore a bright yellow Ralph Lauren dress that had a simple silhouette. Her look was complemented by Chopard jewelry and Brian Atwood shoes.
Capes are still in style according Sofia Carson. On the red carpet she went for a red Giambattista Valli Resort dress. It was cinched at the waist and had a floor-length cape with ruffle details. To finish off her look she had on Chopard jewelry.
Nicole Kidman made a statement on the red carpet with an oversized bow. Her blue gown was by Armani Privé while her accessories were from Harry Winston.
Have you ever wanted to look like a layered cake? Take Zoey Deutch’s dress as inspiration. It was a whimsical piece by Ellie Saab Couture. It was also embellished with bead and lace details.
